I love working with people giving them time and space

to connect with their body.

I offer massage to assist healing, encourage relaxation, to reduce tension or stress and enable you to cope with everyday life.


I experienced massage to assist me with preparation and recovery from sporting events and to aid recovery from injury. In 2013 I sustained a back injury which resulted in surgery, my recovery was aided both physically and mentally by massage. This stimulated my passion to learn a new skill and help others like you.


This led me to undertake The Massage Training Institute (MTI) Diploma in Holistic Massage at Bristol College of Massage and Body Work. I am also First Aid trained and fully insured.

Massage may speed up the natural healing processes of the body, calming the mind and settling emotions and may:


  • Reduce muscle tension

  • Soft tissue strains or injuries

  • Relieve stress or reduce anxiety

  • Improved circulation

  • Enhance lymphatic drainage and immune system

  • Increase range of motion/joint mobility

  • Improve digestion
